Ho realizzato “ Before the Beginning” il bambino che regge tra le mani un piccolo lampadario stile Maria Teresa.
Lo considero l’opera più concettuale e intimistica.
Il bambino osserva con attenzione i riflessi e il gioco dei cristalli come uno scienziato studia la materia mutevole, come un artista osserva la realtà e per comprenderla la trasforma.
Come il Bambino mi perdo nei parallelismi che trovo tra la forma del lampadario e l’idea di un atomo, una cellula, le gocce, l’acqua, la vita, la nascita, come se il bambino stesse sorreggendo un piccolo universo, un micro big-bang che contiene lui stesso e le sue origini, ma anche le origini di questa poesia, la sua, che nasce in questo momento, prima dell'inizio.
La scultura è stata realizzata con le mie mani con le tecniche della scultura classica, prima in creta poi stampata e infine riprodotta e ritoccata.

I created "Before the Beginning" the child holding a small Maria Teresa style chandelier in his hands.
I consider it the most conceptual and intimate work of art I present.
The child carefully observes the reflections and the game of the crystals as a scientist studies the changing matter, as an artist observes reality and to understand it transforms it.
Like the Child I lose myself in the parallels that I find between the shape of the chandelier and the idea of an atom, a cell, the drops, water, life, birth, as if the child were holding up a small universe, a micro big-bang that contains itself and its origins, but also the origins of this poem, his one, which is born at this moment, before the beginning.
The sculpture was made with my hands with the techniques of classical sculpture, first in clay then molded and finally reproduced and retouched.
